Graskaas Reserve cheese from Holland
This cheese is only made two weeks out of the year
in Spring. When the Spring grass is deep and fills the fields, the cheese makers
let the dairy cattle out to eat this rich, high protein grass and then make
Graskaas from the milk. Super creamy, rich in flavor, this cheese is the
favorite all over Holland. With only 2000 rounds exported to the rest of the
world. We only receive two rounds of this cheese each year, and it goes fast.
Customers rave that it makes the best grilled cheese sandwiches "in the world".
