Chef's Night - Caribbean Food

Guest Chef Jane Townley will be at Fine Vines serving up 5 small courses paired with wines. Tickets are $45 and tend to sell out. Stop by the shop to get yours.

Here's what will be served: 

Ceviche - The Shepherd, Sauvingnon Blanc
Callaloo - Cantina Zaccagnini, Pinto Grigio
Pickled Vegetable Salad - Bodegas Muga, Rosado 
Country Captain - Maremma Toscana 642, Rosso 
Rum Cake - Desiderio Jeio, Prosecco

Recipes will be provided so you can recreate the dishes for yourself at home.
